Air Reservations
Morley prides itself on providing concierge service to all program participants. Nowhere is this more important than in the air reservations process. To support this goal, the Morley team receives special customer service training to deal with the complex issues associated with air travel and to make sure that your guests have a great experience when they work with our staff.
To support our associates, Morley has integrated every part of the group travel system into the reservation process. This means that the program Web site, air travel policy and reservations link to all major airlines are blended into a desktop operating system that is at the Morley associate's fingertips. The combination results in a well-informed Morley reservationist with a friendly demeanor who is ready to assist a program participant.
Once participants register online, they receive a phone call from Program Headquarters to confirm their registration and review available air travel schedules. Final selections are then sent to the participant via e-mail for their review. Once an air reservation is selected, Program HQ contacts the participant again to confirm their selection. The participant then has a 24-hour grace period in which to respond further before the booking becomes final. This secures the flight, but allows for a last-minute change before ticketing.
This entire process allows Morley to identify and reserve preferential air schedules at the best possible price by getting to the participants as soon as they register for the program. Since air ticket prices increase virtually every day, quicker equals less expensive. Morley then monitors the fares electronically to determine if a less expensive fare becomes available.
When participants have reserved air outside of the Morley system, Morley is able to integrate the participant's reservations into the Morley system. While Morley is unable to make adjustments to a ticket issued by another provider, Morley can schedule ground transportation and hotel rooming based on this integrated air schedule. This allows all participants to benefit from the information systems that serve Program HQ.
